I'm hugely nostalgic, a massive fan of photographic series and I love old architecture.
These shots by
Kevin Bauman are part of series documenting abandoned houses in Detroit. Some of these houses are so beautiful and shave such character and must have been loving homes back in the day. I can't think fo another reason for people just leaving them other than trying to sell them for years and not being able to. It's all a little odd. I'm a fan of the ones covered in snow. It seems to make them more sad and more beautiful all at the same time.
